How to use Dynamic Email Notification

This function allow you set up a email notification base on the submitter answer.

You just need to do the following two steps to be able use this feature. 

Note: This feature only apply to "Combo Box" and "Radio Buttons" control

First step is add send to email address as value to the answer section.
so when the submitter choose the "sales" option the notification email will sent to "sales@xxx.com",
selecte "service" option will sent to "service@xxx.com"

The last step is go to "Setting" page and choose the question on the "Dynamic Sent To" section.
